ADN Privacy Policy
AnimeDemand Network has established a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to help protect and assure our users. This privacy policy is consistent with our groups objective since the beginning. The reason why the SOP is brought up right now is to help reassure everyone that all infos collected will not be misued in any way such that it will bring harm to you.
Most of the information that we collect are for statistical purposes only and will only be used by us. Although we reserved the right to change this policy without any notice in the future. As you read on the policies listed below, you will see many more "reserved right to change" statements. These are in no way meant to imply that we will breach the policy, but instead, they serve to protect our best interest in providing and keeping this service free to everyone.
You may consult us any time in our IRC channel if you find one of the policies to be ambiguous and requires further explanation. The following are the a set of policies. There may be exceptions or "reserved right to change" mentioned at the end of the set of statments.
The information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of collecting statistical figures for our own used. We are interested in finding out what age group most interested in anime as much as everyone else. Your personal information will not be released to a 3rd party without your consent. We understand the issue with spam. We hate it as much as all of you guys so we will not release your info in order to prevent such action. **We reserved the right to revise/change this rule without further notice.
Your personal information will not be used in any ways to harm you. Refer to previous paragraph for possible harms. You may, at any time, cancel our service, which will set this privacy policy void. Your personal data will still remain in our database, but will not be touched by us. You can request for us to delete it completely through IRC to one of our group founders only. No exceptions. When you sign up for an account, you have agreed that you are providing all accurate (true) information. If this condition is breached, the privacy policy will not be applicable for you.
ADN IRC Policy
By registering an AnimeDemand Network IRC, you agree with the following:
- I will use AnimeDemand Network service responsibly.
- I will not flame any group(s) and/or its members.
- I will not hold AnimeDemand Network responsible of any of the contents that I will gain access to as a result of signing up for an account.
- I will not hold AnimeDemand Network members or host(s) responsible for anything that I see on the site regardless of how much it offends me.
- I know that AnimeDemand Network services are free and will remain free for as long as the site does not run into deficits, at which time I understand that AnimeDemand Network maybe take measure to include, but not limited to, popup ads and popunder ads on the site.
- I will not cause harm to AnimeDemand Network website or its members or host(s).
- I understand that the term of use for the site may change any time with or without advance notice.
- I will not cache AnimeDemand Network site contents and use them as my own content on my website.
- I will not regenerate AnimeDemand Network site contents without written approval(s) from Sousuke_Sagara and Animorc.
- I understand that AnimeDemand Network has the right to terminate my usage/account without any notice.
- We, AnimeDemand Network, reserves the right to terminate any of the user account without prior notice.
- I have read the above thoroughly and I understand each and every rule listed.
- I agree to all of the above terms.
